An Entomological Experience Like No Other
We're most famous for our honeybees, and now you can have a most interesting 3-in-1 excursion to a rooftop farm: Go up close to some animals crucial to our ecosystem: Bees, Ants, and Earthworms! This is a 1.5 hr interactive farm experience, perfect for kids and young families. Get them away from the computer screens and interacting with nature!
At BEE Encounter, don a bee suit and inspect native honeybees' nests up close. Every colony in our apiary is rescued (i.e. saved from extermination), so you are supporting local ecology! Watch them hard at work harvesting pollen and nectar around the garden.
At Secret Life of ANTS, learn more about these insects often misunderstood as 'pests'. Observe different species going about their daily lives in wacky formicariums (underground lairs) and do some live feeding. Your kids will love seeing their wonderful life cycles up close using macrophotography.
At Wiggly WORMS, go on a worm hunt in our bioactive garden! Caress these peaceful critters and understand how they help create healthy soil via Vermicomposting, which converts biodegradable waste into organic fertiliser.

Join-in Sessions
Held every Saturday, 4:30 to 6pm. Min. 4 pax to start.*
Adult (>13 y.o.): $85 ^
Child (3 to 12 y.o.): $65 ^
*You may sign up first even if you do not have 4 pax.
As more pax sign up later on, they will be added to the session. However if we do not reach 4 pax by the day before, you may a) reschedule to another date, b) invite friends to join to make it 4 pax and everyone gets 10% off, or c) choose to upgrade your booking to a private session.
Private Sessions
Can be arranged on any date and time, subject to availability.
2 pax: $255 total ^
>2 pax: $255 for 2 pax + $68/ additional pax ^
E.g.: 4 pax will cost $255 + 2 x $68 = $391
We seek your understanding that everyone entering our area has to pay. Kids 6 years old and under must be accompanied by a full-paying adult throughout, on a 1:5 ratio. Non-participating guests are payable at 50% per person (includes 1 drink), to take occasional photos, and promptly be out of earshot thereafter. We have separate waiting areas for guests.
School Tours
11 - 20 pax: $50 per participant ^
21 - 40 pax: $45 per participant ^
41 - 60 pax: $40 per participant ^
Teachers / parents may pay 50% of the above rates only if the kids are of Pri sch age or younger, and need to perform the role of active chaperone throughout, as we'll be concentrating on running our tour (instead of managing the logistics of large groups). To enjoy the experience as a normal participant, please pay full rates.
