Always wanted to make your own pasta, but not sure where to begin? Experience authentic Italy in Singapore at our 3-hour hands-on pasta-making experience! This lunchtime adventure promises as much fun as our beloved Pizza Making Experience.
Starting with just two humble ingredients, eggs and flour, you'll transform them into gorgeous handmade pasta under the guidance of our food-passionate hosts. Learn to knead dough to the perfect texture, then roll it through a traditional pasta machine to create classic shapes like silky egg pappardelle or dramatic squid ink tagliatelle! While your pasta rests, head to our nature sanctuary for a quick tour and a chance to forage for herbs.
When you return, a hearty lunch made from your handcrafted pasta awaits. Trust us—nothing tastes quite as good as something you've prepared with your own hands!

* 1 glass of Prosecco can be exchanged for 1 bottle of beer. For more prosecco / wine, it is $10 per glass or $40 per bottle. If you wish to b.y.o. wine, you can exchange it for 6 of the included glasses of Prosecco. Above that, corkage is at $30 per bottle of wine or $100 per bottle of liquor.
Sat / Sun lunch slot (10 am to 1 pm)
Needs 4 pax* to start
*You may sign up first even if you do not have 4 pax. As more pax sign up later on, they will be added to the session.
However if we do not reach 4 pax by the day before, you may a) reschedule to another date, b) find more friends to make it 4 pax and everyone gets 10% off, or c) choose to upgrade your booking to a private session.

Adult (>13 y.o.): $125^
Child (0 to 12 y.o.): $95^
We recommend this for slightly older kids (12 and up.) All children must have accompanying adults.
RAVIOLI / GNOCCHI
Adult (>13 y.o.): $140^
This workship is more technical, and not designed for children participation. Adults may sign up for this without having done Pasta Lunga prior.

We seek your understanding that everyone entering our area has to pay. Kids 6 years old and under must be accompanied by a full-paying adult throughout, on a 1:5 ratio. Non-participating guests are payable at 50% per person (includes 2 drinks); they may take occasional photos, and promptly move out of earshot thereafter. We have separate waiting areas for guests.
