Join Singapore’s water sommelier Sam Wu, for an extraordinary tasting journey through some of the world’s most exclusive waters. Discover how mineral composition and terroir influence flavour and mouthfeel, and taste rare waters from around the globe — including exotics such as Hildon and Vichy which is naturally salty!

This experience takes you out of the room into nature: Try Singapore rain water, and after a short walk collect and taste some from Bukit Timah stream nearby!
 

It may sound counterintuitive to pay for a water tasting. But once you experience the nuances for yourself, you may never think of water quite the same way again. Perfect for corporate team bonding, and to learn about water sustainability and our dependance on the water cycle. 

We have an optional ice bath to cool off after!​
